Business Studies Recap Day 16 - Organisational Structure

On day 16 of the Year 12 Recap we are looking at the different organisational structures that a business can have.



The organisational structure of a business shapes almost every operational aspect of a business. This is because it determines how decisions are made, the strategy the business implements and the scale of the responsibilities which workers must manage. It is generally accepted that a business can have three different types of structure.
