Business Studies Recap Day 29 - Quality Initiatives
On day 29 of the year 12 recap we look at quality initiatives that can be undertaken to improve the quality standards within a business.
If a business is to achieve its own corporate objectives it needs to have a good quality product which meets the needs of the market that they are targeting. Setting quality standards within a business and enforcing those standards, is important to ensure that the reputation of the brand continues to grow. However, basic quality control checks can often result in products being scrapped and there is no guarantee that all bad products will be stopped from being sold to the market. Therefore, firms need to ensure that they have a complete and full proof quality control system across all departments of the business.
